Night to Network is hosted by Student Diversity Initiatives.

This event originated in a corporate advisory board meeting as a "mentoring" concept for Missouri S&T women students to informally interact with alumni and corporate professionals.  However, recognizing the similar interests of other minority groups, the event was marketed to all underrepresented student groups.  This program has grown in popularity with Missouri S&T employers is held the night before each Missouri S&T career fair. Approximately 100 employers and 250 students attend biannually, cultivating friendships, sponsorships, and career networking.

What to expect (in-person): Company representatives will be located throughout the Student Diversity Initiatives Department.  Students are asked to NOT bring resumes as this is just an opportunity for networking and mingling with the employers prior to the Career Fair the following day.  There will be a brief welcome and instructions then students and employers are encouraged to network!  Refreshments will be provided.  

What to expect (virtual option): Opportunity to connect with our underrepresented student population virtually prior to the career fair.  We will kick off with a brief introduction and then move right into a networking mixer.  Breakout rooms will be created for employer representatives prior to the event and students will be able to move freely within these breakout rooms.  Students will be provided with the information you submit during registration so that they will have an informed experience and best utilize their time and yours.

Registration Information for students


Students will recieve a registration link via email approximately three weeks prior to event.  Please make sure that you register by the deadline date September 21, 2021.  No late registrations will be accepted.

We will provide a listing of the companies that will be attending NTN.
